We’re delighted that Syrian Falafel, a business set up by two refugees resettled in Ipswich to bring a taste of Syria to their new home town, now have a regular stall at Ipswich Market to go with their fortnightly pitch at Woodbridge Farmers’ Market. The stall has been a roaring success, with great feedback and people queueing up for their falafel and hummus wraps! A lot of hard work has gone into setting this up, so a big thank you to everyone for their support. Syrian Falafel are at Ipswich Market every Tuesday and Thursday, and if you’d like to contact them about catering at an event, you can do so here. You can read about their story and watch videos of them in action here, and listen to them and hear more about resettlement in Suffolk here (41 minutes in).
