English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL)

Being able to speak English is the first step in the process of integration. It empowers people and helps them adapt to life in the UK. Our ESOL classes provide refugees with the language skills they need to help themselves and language learning is embedded in our group work.

Our ESOL tutors provide a range of classes at a variety of levels for refugees and asylum seekers of all ages. We focus particularly on pre-entry, entry one and entry two ESOL levels and prepare our students to take exams and gain qualifications. We also offer one-to-one English lessons for those needing extra support and English tuition for young people during the summer holidays.

Please contact Catherine Costello for more details about registration and assessment for these classes.

We couldn’t do the work we do without your support. Find out how you can get involved.
