We currently have four exciting opportunities to join our team and help improve the lives of refugees and asylum seekers in Suffolk. We are looking for two Employment & General Advice Workers to support Ukrainian refugees (one based in the West of Suffolk and one in the East of the county), a Housing & General Advice Worker, and a Receptionist/Administrative Officer. 2 x Employment & General Advice Worker

The successful candidates will be responsible for delivering advice and employment support for Ukrainian refugees arriving in Suffolk through the Ukraine Family Scheme or Homes for Ukraine Scheme.

Hours: 35 hours per week
Salary: £23,800 – £24,692
Deadline: Thursday 25th August at 12 noon
Interview date: Wednesday 31st August

Housing & General Advice Worker

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing information and advice to asylum seekers and refugees with housing and housing related problems as well as support with general advice queries.

Hours: 21 hours per week
Salary: £14,280 – £14,815  per annum (pro rata from £23,800 – £24,692 for 35 hours FTE)
Deadline: Friday 2nd September at 12 noon
Interview date: Wednesday 7th September

Receptionist/Administrative Officer

The successful candidate will be responsible for welcoming visitors to our office, looking after our office space and resources, taking minutes at trustee meetings and carrying out other administrative tasks

Hours: 35 hours per week (part-time/job share considered)
Salary: £21,856  per annum (FTE)
Deadline: Friday 9th September
Interview date: Wednesday 14th September
