Our Annual Report 2019/20 is out now, with updates, quotes and case studies from all our areas of work. It shows that over the last year, as well as marking our 20th anniversary, we gave 5693 advice sessions, supporting more than 1500 people (directly or indirectly) from 42 countries, with an increase in people coming to us for support for the first time. We think the report captures the scale and impact of our work at a time of record global displacement, with in-depth case studies showing the human stories and complex need behind the numbers.
